I moved to Burgundy Place in 2002. I was a widow living alone and lonely. Since moving to Burgundy Place I have made friends and never feel alone. You have your privacy in your apartment of course, but there is always someone around.
It is a safe and secure place to live. We have the safety features in our room, and if there is any emergency such as weather-the security man and other employee's help us get to the a safe place.
The staff that works here is kind to everyone and will always help you if you need assistance. I'm very glad I moved to Burgundy-It's one of the smartest moves I've ever made.
Bette Williams Apartment 2002
I was living in Texas but wanted to come back to McAlester (home). I knew exactly where I wanted to live: Burgundy Place. No roof to replace, no foundation repairs, no yard to tend; someone to take me to the doctor, the grocery stores, banks, etc. Everything we need is here for us, including excellent security.
I moved here on August 1, 2009, and felt at home from the very beginning. We can have as much privacy as we want and I have some of the nicest neighbors I have ever had in my life. The staff is so helpful and work at making our lives better. I truly love it here and do not want to live any other place.
